This week on tips - Create a company in the US from anywhere, pro tip for pancake prep and Spotify Playlist creation with AI.
Hello dear reader,
I am back from two weeks of transition in my life. Everything is alright.
We are back with the weekly cadence, and this is week XII. And this week, I bring you more amazing stuff that shows the incredible talent of people worldwide.
Opening a company in the US from (almost) anywhere
If you are running a business and want to receive payments in dollars or convert the payments to dollars, then you should use an LLC or Limited Liability Company1. It allows you to have a registered business in the US and open a bank account.
I’ve been looking at this option for a while but have not found a simple way. A few days ago, I found this startup that helps do the process, in which, basically, you would be paying for convenience. I leave you with an introductory video that they posted on Twitter:

A trick for having ready-to-make pancakes (sort of like meal prep, but for breakfast)
I am a fan of pancakes, and I got a bit excited when I saw the video below on Twitter. Using a regular item such as an ice cube tray plus the preparation of the dough, then you need to add whatever topping you like, and it’s done.
Disclaimer: the title it’s in Spanish, but the video is in English. The title says: “What a good idea, I like it” - the translator of Twitter might not do the translation properly.
Creating Spotify and Apple Music playlists using AI and your imagination
As you may have noticed, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has grown rapidly and aggressively. You can see applications of the technology in almost every field. Well, music is no exception. You can now use this app called AI Playlist Maker: PlaylistAI; with a prompt, image, or video, it creates a playlist with the vibe that you describe.
This is a playlist I created telling the app to give me a combination of Coachella and Rock in Rio vibe combined with the style of Beyoncé:
Download it and have fun with it!
This is it for now. Please share it with your friends, coworkers, family, classmates - anyone that might find these weekly tips useful.
Have a good week,
Fernando
A limited liability company (LLC) is a business entity that prevents individuals from being liable for the company’s financial losses and debt liabilities. In the event of legal action or business failure, liability is assumed by the company rather than its constituent partners or shareholders.
