This week on tips - A cup with a design for self-dry, Super Mario plant slippers and AdBlock - Clutter-Free Web Experience
Hello dear reader,
Welcome to week XXII; on that note, I want to share with you some facts related to the number 22:
The number 22 is palindromic; it remains the same when digits are reversed; other palindromic numbers include 121, 1331, and 12321.
The Titanic was traveling at 22 knots before it crashed into the iceberg.
In the periodic table of elements, the element with the atomic number 22 is titanium. Titanium is a strong, lightweight metal resistant to corrosion and widely used in aerospace and medical applications.
A cup with a design for self-dry
It is common to find no space in the dish rack to put your cups because it is full of plates or pans, so you immediately put them outside or dry them before storing them. Well, this design, known as Bevel Cup, aims to solve that issue. As you can see in the image, the handle of the cup makes it so that it can be put down at 40 degrees angle so it avoids touching the (potentially) dirty board in your kitchen. And what I mean by that are the germs and bacteria you cannot see without a special microscope.
This kind of clever design helps solve problems; I give it five stars.
Super Mario plant slippers
It has been about three weeks since the premiere of Super Mario Bros in the cinema, and it has been a hit! For me, the momentum has been supported by the nostalgia of generations playing all kinds of games around Mario’s character.
The companies have not waited to take advantage of the movie's success to showcase fantastic merchandising. You may be looking for a gift for someone or yourself (#IDeserveIt), then I bring you an option:

AdBlock - Clutter-Free Web Experience
It's no secret that the online world is filled with advertisements, pop-ups, and banners that can be distracting and annoying. Just like how the recent hit, Super Mario Bros movie, has us reminiscing about the good old days of gaming, AdBlock takes us back to a time when browsing the web was a cleaner and more enjoyable experience.
If you're tired of intrusive ads ruining your online experience, look no further than AdBlock - a fantastic Chrome extension perfect for everyone, from the casual internet user to the most devoted Mario fan. With this tool, you can focus on the content you care about, like shopping for those awesome Super Mario plant slippers, without being bombarded by ads.
From week III, we tackled a problem many of us face - leftover food items in our fridge or pantry at the end of the week. Be it a result of haphazard meal planning, unforeseen events, or simply forgetting why we bought that one ingredient, it's a dilemma that needs a solution.
Fear not, dear reader! In case you missed it, I previously shared a fantastic website that helps combat food waste by transforming those unused ingredients into delicious meals—Reintroducing Supercook - the ultimate resource for turning odds and ends in your kitchen into culinary masterpieces.
That's a wrap for this edition!
